Riverdale ADU

The Riverdale ADU is a custom unit that was designed for a multi-generational household with aging-in-place in mind. The project features a generous floorplan that includes one bedroom, a full bath, a laundry room, and an open kitchen/dining/living room space. This project was created in collaboration with AARP and featured in a video that highlighted the value ADU’s have for aging parents.
