GREGSON CUSTOM HOME

The Gregson Custom Home was built under the City of Durham’s “small home lot” option in their Expanding Housing Choices initiative. This new construction home features rooftop solar panels and a highly efficient floorplan offering ample living amenities within a relatively small footprint that includes a first floor bedroom suite to facilitate accessibility and/or aging in place. All of this allows the homeowner to build a home in an area that was once not available for new construction while still being able to fit 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths for a full family.
