Arnette Pier House

The Arnette Pier House is an urban infill project designed by Design For All and built by Haven Design|Build. This home features structurally insulated panel (SIP) construction and rooftop solar. The home was built elevated on piers to limit site disturbance and eliminate the potential flood risk. All of this offers a perfect solution for an environmentally challenging site while being hyper energy efficient.
